cute staff convenient location diverse breakfast
The staff members were consistently cute and helpful. I particularly valued the hotel's proximity to multiple metro stations. I also found the breakfast offerings surprisingly diverse for a European hotel. The location felt safe and convenient for exploring the area. My room was a comfortable space.
The shower stall was somewhat compact, limiting movement. It was a minor inconvenience but worth noting for future improvements. I hope this can be rectified to enhance the overall experience.

The 24-hour front desk provided constant assistance. The hotel features a lift to access upper floors. This was convenient. My room had tea and coffee making facilities. I found a mini fridge in the room too.
The room was a bit too small for two people with luggage.

the location was fine! it was near a metro station and some restaurants.
Our room was quite small. It felt cramped with luggage. the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and i found a dirty cup by the bed that was left there for days!
